MND: the 1,000 Day Disease

In June 2023, I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. I was 40 years old.

People with MND typically live for 2 to 3 years following their diagnosis. That's about 1,000 days.

I've created this blog to write about my experience living with and fighting this disease.
